PROFESSIONAL DRONE PILOT - 14CFR Part 107 (FAA)
CARIBBEAN AVIATION TRAINING INSTITUTE, fundada en 2006, se enorgullece en presentar el programa de DRONE PILOT. Ofrecemos dos Programas: Introducción a Drone Pilot y Drone Pilot Ground. DPG es un programa profesional cubriendo desde RECREACIONAL hasta COMERCIAL. El programa tiene duración de 28 horas.
Cubre todo lo necesario para poder alcanzar las metas de educación exigidas por ley FAA 14CFR Part 107 y poder obtener los conocimientos requeridos para pasar el "Knowledge Test" llamado Unmanned Aircraft General - Small (UAS) y cualificar para el Remote Pilot Certificate. Este certificado requiere renovación cada 24 meses. El proceso de licenciatura no está incluido.

Este curso es enseñado solamente por profesores debidamente certificado por el FAA (Certified Drone Pilot).

- Introduction to FAA Website and Drone Zone
- Introduction to Airspace and LAANC System
- Introduction to the Trust Recreational Pilot
- Introduction to the Part 107 Professional Pilot
- Introduction to Basic Video Editing
- Introduction to Remote ID effective September 16, 2023
Day 2
- Flying your Drone Day /location determined by group

Drone Pilot Ground - Course duration 28 hours (7 days x 4hrs, Monday thru Thursday 5p-9pm) (on-site or virtual)
- TRUST is The Recreational UAS Safety Test
- Applicable regulations relating to small unmanned aircraft system rating privileges, limitations, and flight operation
- Airspace classification and operating requirements and flight restrictions affecting small unmanned aircraft operation
- Aviation weather sources and effects of weather on small unmanned aircraft performance
- Small unmanned aircraft loading and performance
- Emergency procedures
- Radio communication management
- Crew resource management
- Determining the performance of small unmanned aircraft
- Physiological effects of drugs and alcohol
- Aeronautical decision-making and judgement
- Airport Operations
- Maintenance and pre-flight inspection procedures
- Operation at night

Caribbean Aviation is proud to announce our new program titled DRONE PILOT - GROUND. This program covers the material required for both RECREATIONAL or COMMERCIAL use. This 28 hour course covers the curriculum necessary by law to pass the Knowledge Test and obtain your Remote Pilot Certificate after passing the Unmanned Aircraft General - Small (UAS). This certificate requires renewal every 24 months.
Like every course provided by our institution, recognized as a School of Educational Excellence, the quality and the professionalism is key and every instructor for this program is a duly Certified Drone Pilot.
